Our properties are on eight estates in Bramhall, Bredbury, Bredbury Green, Cheadle, Hawk Green, Rose Hill North and Rose Hill South. On these estates we are helping to create communities that are sustainable with decent homes and practical, well maintained open spaces.
We want to encourage a vibrant local economy with access to a variety of local services including schools, shops, leisure facilities and transport links.

Our community hubs are in Bramhall and Bredbury. They are run by local residents who volunteer their time to the projects.
The Hubs provide a range of activities for local residents including:
- Coffee mornings
- Arts and crafts sessions
- Grub and grow – small allotment plots
- Free access to computers and the internet
- Training courses
- Much more

Our Community and Environmental Fund was established to deliver projects in our areas.
Priorities are community hubs, allotments, food growing schemes, local enterprise, creating training and job opportunities and developing relationships with food banks.
