Complaints

If you're unhappy with our service, get in touch and tell us about the problem and give us the chance to look into it for you. Your complaint is valuable to us and you will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint within 3 working days, when you will be given the name of the manager dealing with your complaint. This manager will investigate your complaint and respond within 10 working days. However, if you need to speak to someone urgently, please call 0161 226 4211.
