The Carrbrook estate was built in the 1960’s and is a local authority estate in Carrbrook, Stalybridge, Tameside. The estate is run by a tenant led co-op. The selection process for this stock transfer was undertaken through a competition between Registered Social Landlords.
Footballers Estate, Moss Side Stock Transfer
The Footballers Estate was built in the 1970’s and is a “Radburn” designed local authority estate in Moss Side, Manchester. The estate’s boundaries are located at Claremont Road to the South, Upper Lloyd Street to the East, Great Western Street to the North and Broadfield Road to the West. This estate is in the Manchester and Salford Housing Market Renewal Pathfinder Area.
