The Ways to Work project is managed by Blue Orchid Management Consultants. The project is open to all tenants and their families who live in social housing within the Manchester City Council boundary. The service is there to help those tenants who are currently out of work and claiming benefits.

2009 has seen changes for the gas team, as of 1st April Gas Safe replaced Corgi as the main register for any contractor carrying out work involving gas.
