Neighbourhood development and regeneration is vital to Mosscare establishing sustainable neighbourhoods.

Mosscare Housing is working in Partnership with Manchester City Council as the lead Registered Social Landlord in the South and East area’s of the City. Our partnership work is with Private Sector Housing, South & East Manchester Regeneration Team, a number of registered Social Landlords, Private Landlords and other Agencies in the area. Partnership is a theme of our work.

Through a partnership approach and recognising that creating sustainable communities is not just about physical regeneration, we have been involved in a variety of community economic activities that reflects the needs of the local community.

We are an established Renewal Agent in regeneration areas on block improvements, group repair, alleygating schemes and garden extensions in Manchester, and engage and consult with local stakeholders throughout the decision making process.

Sources of funding include the Housing Corporation, Manchester City Council and Mosscare’s own resources.
