Clear English

All our staff have received training in Clear English. Clear English is our standard for writing and speaking in a straightforward way. All information we send to you should be easy to understand. We are working to bring all of our documents in line with this standard.

Do you or someone you know need an interpreter when contacting us?

We can arrange an interpreter by telephone courtesy of Language Line.

Translations

As a Mosscare resident you can request a translation of appropriate Mosscare documents by contacting us on 0161 226 4211.

Text Phone

You can also contact us by text phone on 0161 226 2222 if you are hearing impaired. You need to have a text phone to access this service (this is different from a mobile phone text facility).
