Where can you pay your rent
Post Office
You can make a payment at any Post Office using your rent card, which you will receive in the post. They will give you a receipt for the amount you have paid. Please make sure you keep the receipt as proof of payment.
Pay Point
You can use your rent card, which you will receive in the post, at any shop that displays the pay point sign to pay your rent.
Bank by Standing Order
You can set up a Standing Order through your Bank/Building Society account to pay us your rent. To obtain a Standing Order form for you to complete and return to your own Bank/Building Society please contact our Income Generation Team on 0161 226 4211.
Direct Debit
If you wish to pay your rent by Direct Debit please contact our Income Generation Team on 0161 226 4211.
Cheque or Postal Order
You can send or bring in a cheques or postal order to our office at 101 Great Western Street. Payments made by cheque or postal order (made payable to Mosscare Housing Ltd) should have your name and address on the back.
Phone
To pay your rent over the phone, telephone the automated payment line 0844 557 8321 and use your debit card. Please ensure you have your rent account and card details available when you call.
Internet
To pay your rent over the Internet using a secure connection, go to the Allpay website and follow the instructions. You will need your rent card details for this service.
