Mosscare’s have provided a Tenancy Support Service since 2003.
The service provides support to a maximum of 22 tenants at any one time. The service is provided for Mosscare tenants, particularly from Somalia, who may have difficulty communicating in English. This service is also available for Arabic speaking tenants who may also have communications difficulties. The type of help and support we can provide:
· Moving into a new property.
· Assistance to get into education or employment.
· Budgeting.
· Paying Bills.
· Claiming benefits.
· Health Issues.
· Tenancy Issues.
· Education Issues and finding school places for families and their children
