What motivated me to be on your Tenants Panel?

Initially I got involved through the tenant inspectors programme which enabled me to feedback to Mosscare on services they provided.   My continued involvement in the inspector programme led to being nominated on the tenant panel and finally on to the board of directors.  

What has been my experience with Mosscare?

µ   I have been on numerous projects and events  including:

ü   The annual tenant panel away days

ü   Attending the annual tenants meetings

ü   Visits to   Mossbank to meet   other tenants and staff

ü   Review of the Resident involvement Agreement and customer services communication standards

ü   Recruitment of contractors

ü   Currently involved in the selection and recruitment process of Mosscare Chief Executive Officer

What are my interests?

µ Personally, I am interested in snorkelling, scuba diving and in historical art and sights

µ I am interested in working alongside Mosscare and learning more about management and governance.   I feel I have got as much as I have put in, in terms of involvement
