Mosscare Housing was founded in 1967 by the South West Council of Churches in Manchester. Local people were unable to access decent affordable homes and communities were being displaced through demolition. Mosscare took up the challenge of providing affordable high quality homes and services whilst being part of the local community. Our aim was to make neighbourhoods places in which people choose to live, work and visit. We now own and manage 3,500 homes in Manchester, Trafford, Tameside, Stockport and Salford.
